These terms cover your use of the SportCo waitlist at sportco.online. SportCo the marketplace hasn't launched yet — this page isn't the terms for buying or selling. Those will be published separately when the marketplace goes live on 10 November 2026.
SportCo (referred to as "SportCo", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by SportCo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
Signing up on this page registers your interest in SportCo and adds you to our launch mailing list. It doesn't create an account, and it doesn't commit you to buying or selling anything. We'll email you when SportCo launches. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by emailing info@sportco.online.
We've said the first 50 sellers to complete a listing become Founding Members once the marketplace is live. Joining the waitlist now doesn't reserve or guarantee that status — it's based on who actually lists an item first after launch, not signup order.

This waitlist page is provided as-is while we build the full marketplace. We may change, pause, or take down this page at any time before launch.
We may update this page as SportCo develops. The Terms & Conditions that actually govern buying and selling will be published as their own page before launch.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
