These terms cover your use of the SportCo waitlist at sportco.online. SportCo the marketplace hasn't launched yet — this page isn't the terms for buying or selling. Those will be published separately when the marketplace goes live, which we currently expect to be in January 2027.

1. Who we are

SportCo (referred to as "SportCo", "we", "us" or "our") is operated by SportCo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17240325.

2. Joining the waitlist

Signing up on this page registers your interest in SportCo and adds you to our launch mailing list. It doesn't create an account, and it doesn't commit you to buying or selling anything. We'll email you when SportCo launches. You can ask us to remove you from the list at any time by emailing info@sportco.online.

3. Founding Seller status

We plan to invite a limited group of waitlist members to list on SportCo before it opens to the public. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee an invitation or any special status. We'll tell you if you're selected and what's involved.

4. Your data

What we collect through this waitlist form and how we use it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

This waitlist page is provided as-is while we build the full marketplace. We may change, pause, or take down this page at any time before launch.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update this page as SportCo develops. The Terms & Conditions that actually govern buying and selling will be published as their own page before launch.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
